Zuma says "not guilty" it wasn't me!

Over two decades later, a corruption trail for Jacob Zuma over alleged corruption in the massive boondoggle known simply as "the arms deal" finally gets underway with the defendant (former president Jacob Zuma) giving his plea of "not guilty."

That Zuma is even on trial is something of a victory for sitting president Cyril Ramaphosa, whose security on the throne of the ruling African National Congress has been tenuous at best since he claimed to the opt on late 2017.  the pro-Zuma faction has always been there, just on the edge of deposing Ramaphosa.  Zuma disgraced and answering or not answering questions about how the ANC defrauded South Africans two decades promises to be an interesting spectacle that will tarnish the Zuma brand and faction.
