If ever one wanted evidence of ANC neglect, look no further than the 11 Jun 2021 Pietermartizburg High Court judgement against the Ingonyama Trust and how it sought to undermine land tenure from BLACK South Africans (over 5 million of them!!), all while the ANC looked the other way.
