Secretary of State Blinken meets with South African Foreign Minister Naledi Pandor in London

Winkin, blinkin, and nod as Secretary of State Blinken and South Africa's foreign minster Naledi Pandor meet in London to discuss regional and global issues.  While they discussed climate, Tigray, vaccines, and Mozambique, it seems more pressing issues were not on the table, like:

1.  South Africa abrogating property rights with EWC, thereby disqualifying itself for AGOA.

2.  ICASSA shaking down U.S. based Starlink with racist demand to turn over 30 percent of the South Africa operation to folks based on skin color.

3.  Why six months after India and China began producing vaccine, South Africa's Aspen Pharmaceutical is still making none in a country in desperate need.
